ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Grant Gingerich - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. 

Our office is destined for greatness with a great foundation of excellent team members and leadership that is determined to conquer goals. We recently fully renovated our office that's equipped for a successful office layout meanwhile encapsulated with a culture of winning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Connecting quickly with customers to uncover needs
  • Help customers discover unstated needs
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain a license and pass a background check


Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
